Joy Locklear, FNP-C
Joy Locklear is a highly qualified Family Nurse Practitioner at Locklear Prime & Urgent Care. She received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of NC at Pembroke and her Master’s degree as Family Nurse Practitioner from East Carolina University. Joy is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and her dedication to providing top-notch care to patients of all ages makes her an invaluable member of our team.
